Property Tokenisation Walkthrough

2025Finance & Capital MarketsCapability

What it is

A clickable end-to-end demo of a fractional property investment product.

Client work is shown without identifying imagery

[ THE_PROBLEM ]

Why this existed

Regulated financial products are expensive to build and impossible to validate before they exist. A pitch deck does not tell you whether investors understand the flow.

[ WHAT_WE_BUILT ]

What we built

The full user journey as a working front end: landing, signup, KYC gate, a marketplace of tokenised properties with search and yield filtering, property detail with token progress, a wallet, billing and an admin view — with state persisted so a demo session behaves like a real account.

  • Complete user journey from landing through signup and KYC to marketplace
  • Marketplace with search and yield filtering
  • Property detail pages with token-sale progress
  • Wallet, billing and admin views
  • Persisted state so a demo session behaves like a real account

[ HOW_IT_IS_USED ]

How a company uses it

Testing a regulated financial product with investors and regulators before building the regulated parts. Cheaper than a pitch deck and far more convincing.

[ COMMON_QUESTIONS ]

Questions clients ask

What is the point of a demo with no backend?

To find out whether the product makes sense before paying to build the regulated parts. A clickable end-to-end journey surfaces confusion in the KYC step or the token mechanics in a way that a deck never will, at a fraction of the cost.

How quickly can something like this be produced?

Days rather than months, because there is no compliance surface, no payments integration and no persistence beyond the browser. That speed is the entire argument for doing it first.

Does the demo code get thrown away?

Some of it. The interface and the flow usually survive into the real build; the fake state layer does not. Being clear about that upfront avoids the trap of a prototype quietly becoming production.
