[ THE_PROBLEM ]

Why this existed

Personalised development plans work and nobody produces them, because writing thirty individual learning paths by hand is a full-time job.

[ WHAT_WE_BUILT ]

What we built

Roadmap generation with a visualiser, editing so a generated plan can be corrected rather than regenerated, a public gallery of community roadmaps with browse and search, a search-first entry point, saved roadmaps per user, and SEO with a sitemap.

[ HOW_IT_IS_USED ]

How a company uses it

An L&D team gives every employee a personalised development path without a training consultant writing thirty of them by hand.

[ COMMON_QUESTIONS ]

Questions clients ask

Why make roadmaps editable?

Because a generated plan is usually eighty percent right and the remaining twenty percent is where the local knowledge lives. Forcing a regeneration to fix one step throws away the parts that were correct.

What is the public gallery for?

Two things: it gives new users a starting point instead of a blank prompt, and each published roadmap is an indexable page targeting a specific learning query. The content engine and the onboarding are the same feature.

Does this replace an L&D function?

No. It replaces the mechanical drafting so the L&D team spends its time on the judgement — what the organisation actually needs and whether a given plan fits the person.

Is this close to your problem?

Most engagements start with a version of something on this page. Tell us what is different about yours and we will tell you what it changes.
