Multi-Model AI Workspace

2025AI Agents & CopilotsIn-depth

What it is

One subscription and one interface across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq and xAI.

[ THE_PROBLEM ]

Why this existed

Companies end up with a dozen personal AI subscriptions expensed individually, no record of what staff are pasting into third-party tools, and no way to switch model provider without switching everyone's habits.

[ WHAT_WE_BUILT ]

What we built

A production chat platform where the model is a dropdown, not a lock-in decision. Conversations produce first-class artifacts — text, code, spreadsheets, images and full HTML documents — each with its own editor, version history and diff view. Document upload and analysis, syntax-highlighted multi-language code editing, secure auth, persisted conversation history, and Razorpay subscription billing with order creation, verification and webhook handling.

[ HOW_IT_IS_USED ]

How a company uses it

A company gives its whole team frontier-model access on one bill and one audit trail, instead of a dozen personal ChatGPT subscriptions and no visibility into what is being pasted where.

[ COMMON_QUESTIONS ]

Questions clients ask

Why not just buy everyone a ChatGPT licence?

You can, and for some companies that is the right answer. This exists for the cases where it is not: when you want one bill instead of thirty expense claims, when you need a record of usage, when different tasks genuinely suit different models, or when the data boundary matters enough that you want the application on infrastructure you control.

What are artifacts and why do they matter?

An artifact is a durable output — a document, a code file, a spreadsheet, an image — that lives outside the chat transcript, has its own editor and keeps version history. It matters because most real work products go through several rounds. Without artifacts, revision three is buried somewhere in a scroll of chat messages.

Can we add a model provider later?

Yes. The application is built on a provider-abstraction layer, so adding a provider is a configuration change rather than a rewrite. This was a deliberate design choice — model leadership has changed hands repeatedly, and anything hard-wired to one vendor ages badly.

Is this close to your problem?

Most engagements start with a version of something on this page. Tell us what is different about yours and we will tell you what it changes.
