[ TRUSTEESHIP_&_FIDUCIARY_SERVICES ]
Regulated Financial Services Content Estate
What it is
A corporate site covering 25+ distinct regulated service lines, each as its own ranking page.

[ THE_PROBLEM ]
Why this existed
Regulated firms are found by service name, not company name. Somebody searches "securitisation trustee", not the brand. One services page listing thirty offerings ranks for none of them.
[ WHAT_WE_BUILT ]
What we built
A dedicated page per service — debenture and bond trusteeship, security trustee, securitisation trustee, escrow across three regulatory variants, share-pledge trustee, deposit trustee, safekeeping agent, facility agent, REIT/InvIT, alternative investment funds, ESOP, and the unregulated lines — plus about, team, projects, press, research, careers with an application form, disclosure and investor pages. A multi-step investor grievance wizard handles the statutory complaint path. Several complete design directions were built and compared as live pages rather than static mockups, and a lightweight self-hosted CMS lets the marketing team publish without a deploy.

[ HOW_IT_IS_USED ]
How a company uses it
Regulated businesses win search on the specific service name, not the company name. One page per service line, each written for the person searching that exact term, is the whole strategy — and it needs a content structure that can carry thirty of them without collapsing.

[ COMMON_QUESTIONS ]
Questions clients ask
Why one page per service instead of a services list?
Because search intent is specific. A page written for someone searching "debenture trustee" can answer that query completely; a combined page dilutes across thirty terms and wins none. The cost is a content structure that carries thirty pages without becoming unmaintainable — which is the actual engineering problem.
Why build several design directions as live pages?
Because stakeholders cannot evaluate a static mockup of a scrolling, animated page. Building the directions as real pages made the decision a comparison rather than an argument, and the discarded work was cheap relative to choosing wrong.
Why a custom CMS rather than an established one?
The requirement was narrow — let the marketing team publish and edit without a deploy — and the content model was already fixed by the page structure. A lightweight self-hosted layer met that without adding a platform dependency to maintain and secure.
